KITCHEN
Our kitchen is inspired by the truly pure and fresh ingredients. The heart is found in our restaurants kitchen, where we prepare all components ourselves from scratch, valuing the origin of the raw materials, the farmer/producer, as well as classical and modern cooking methods. We have created a restaurant where the kitchen serves sophisticated combinations on the plate, but not too fancy for our quests. We also care deeply about nature and one of our great values is to maintain minimal food waste. We have several years of experience and skill in achieving this. We want to keep our restaurant relaxed, Along with all this, we want to keep our restaurant casual, sensual and very rustic in spirit, thereby ensuring that our service remains as human centered as possible our quests.
Food and drink lists 2025
Our restaurants menu and drink list changes 5 times a year. Certain side dishes on the menus may change daily depending on the availability of the ingredients.
Our restaurant offers a summer menu from Wednesday to Saturday. The menu includes dishes made with a slightly more relaxed but high quality approach.We want to keep our summer menu casual and keep our service ”professional and high quality”.
From the summer menu, you can also choose 4-5-7 courses menus. This menus include some items from the list, but you may also find surprising dishes, which are not on the list. Autumn menu starts at 8.9.2025 -> List is coming soon.
